1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Southwest Innovative Builders LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Southwest Innovative Builders LLC provides construction and remodeling services including but not limited to:
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Home additions and expansions
- Roofing and gutter services
- Concrete and paver installation
- Interior and exterior painting
3. Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the scope of work will be documented in writing and require client approval before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract. Typical payment structure includes:
- Deposit upon contract signing
- Progress payments at specified milestones
- Final payment upon project completion and client approval
5. Warranties
We stand behind our work with warranties on labor and materials as specified in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and equipment installed. See our Warranty Terms for detailed information.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Liability
Southwest Innovative Builders LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage. We are not liable for damages resulting from client-supplied materials, pre-existing conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Florida state law.
